Paul Norton, PA

I walked in without an appointment and was shocked at how quickly I was seen. I had torn my Achilles’ tendon. Within 20 minutes of arriving, an X-ray had already been taken. 10 minutes later Paul was assessing my injury. They set me up with an air cast, scheduled my appointment with Dr. Fallon, all quickly and efficiently. I called the clinic a few days later with questions I hadn’t thought of during the visit. They were answered quickly and thoroughly. I was very impressed with the entire experience.

I broke my arm at 9 o'clock in the morning and was in a lot of pain. The ease of the Cooley orthopedic center was incredible. I have grown jaded with the healthcare system, and yesterday, Cooley Dickinson, Mass General Brigham really stepped up to the plate. PA Norton was a great provider and his support team was top-notch as well. This service as an alternative to the emergency room is perfect!

I had the pleasure to see Paul Norton, as I have seen him in the past and I was treated adequately. I was glad when I find out that I was going to see him again. He always took good care of me and is very assertive and professional.

Paul’s demeanor is lovely. He shows respect and integrity, despite how heavy his schedule (was) is booked. He kept me in the loop about wait time and what the reason for longer wait time was. I would see him for any of my Ortho appointments again if the provider I had planned to see was unavailable. Thank you so much, Paul.

I was injured in a fall out of state and needed to be evaluated when I got back home. I was able to utilize the walk-in orthopedic clinic and was seen by PA Norton. He was very thorough and conducted a comprehensive exam to evaluate injuries from my fall as well as any impact they might have had on prior injuries. He also identified an old injury in my shoulder that had caused me discomfort from time to time that had never been diagnosed. I am very pleased with my experience at this practice.
