Very pleasant experience with Dr. Sonenblum! Very friendly, courteous snd professional interaction and I felt the examination was thorough and I left his office confident that my questions were answered and concerns were well addressed. The nursing and front office staff are friendly. patient and courteous - overall, I had a very positive experience !

My husband is in a wheelchair and I use a walker. When the tech called us (35 minutes after our appointment time!), she walked toward the exam room leaving us sitting there. I had to ask her to come back and wheel my husband's chair as it never seemed to dawn on her that I could not use my rollator and push him at the same time. The doctor did the same thing! When he was done with my husband's exam he left the room with us both sitting there with no way to safely get to reception. I looked in the hallway for help but there was no one about so I left my rollator in the exam room and wheeled him to checkout . Once he was settled, I had to walk back to the exam room holding on to the walls so I didn't fall to get my walker!!!! Shame on your medical staff for its insensitivity to two elderl

Yesterday was my 3rd appointment with Dr Sonenblum. His gentle, respectful, and skilled chair side manner was consistent with each appointment. The scheduling staff and front desk staff were also all considerate and efficient.

Dr. Sonenblum was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions and took great care of me during my appointment.

This was my first time meeting Dr Sonenblum. He was professional and responded to my individual concerns in a very understandable manner. I recommend Dr Sonenblum.
