I went here because my primary care physician recommended him after I got a bad UTI and my urine hesitancy that stayed even after the UTI healed. It still would take a moment for urine to come out and my stream wasn’t solid. Dr. Arnold and his team were very helpful and caring! They did an ultrasound on my bladder and my urine output is good! But they still want to do an in office procedure where they put a scope up there to make sure I don’t have cancer, tumors, or polyps that may be causing issues. They said I’m too young to be having a weak stream so they want to make sure. Which I appreciate! There was zero wait time a they actually listened to all of my concerns. My recent visit to Dr. Arnold's office was great. The receptionist, Chrystal was very pleasant and helpful. Ashley, the medical assistant was very professional and competent when conducting the medical questions needed for preparation for Dr. Arnold. Dr. Arnold was great and very personable while answering all my questions. An overall great experience and I will recommend Dr. Arnold, the staff, and the practice to all my friends. Dr. Arnold was prompt and courteous. He ended up referring me to Dr. Santa-Cruz, who saw me right away. I feel like I’m in the best hands. They explained my test results, gave me several options, as well as their recommendation. Very thorough, put me at ease.

Nice staff. Natasha Dr Arnold's P.A. was knowledgeable, quick yet thorough. Chakeyia and Crystal waved me right in as I had done the web pre-checkin procedure. I go by my middle name Bruce and everyone calls me by that, makes me feel right at home. Dr. Arnold is of course tops. I ran into a serious problem when an in home nurse shoved my indwell catheter down my right Vas into my testicle and blew the holding bubble inside of it. Luckily I'm paralyzed from the chest down! Dr. Arnold performed surgery saving what he could and literally saved my life. A+++
