Phenomenal Dental Practice! First, the office is very clean and welcoming! Second, the staff is great! Everyone is friendly and extremely polite and down to earth! The hygienist Kennedy that I had was informative plus professional. Lastly, the DMD Dr. Syeda is extraordinary! Very easy to talk with and understanding! You are in great hands at this dental office!

The dental office staff is amazing. Netta was so friendly; professional; and her bed side manners were top tier. The dentist were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. The front desk reps were smiling and ready to assist. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm, it smells good and the decor is hot. This is a must go to dental office...they have it all and more. Oh yeah and they the music is the BEST!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Patuxent River Dental Care. I had a root canal done here, and unfortunately, I am still experiencing pain months later. I have returned multiple times to express my concerns, but I have not received a resolution or clear plan to address the ongoing discomfort. In addition to the unresolved issue, I felt pressured into agreeing to additional dental procedures that I did not believe were necessary. The financial discussions made me uncomfortable, as it seemed like there was more focus on maximizing insurance benefits than on addressing my primary concern. I also placed a deposit for a procedure that I have since decided not to move forward with due to my experience. I have requested a refund but have not received it, which is very frustrati

My experience so far has been good at this office, from the X-rays not being uncomfortable to being walked through each part of the procedure. They worked with me to allow me to fully explain my situation and even let me run home to grab an example of my dental Issue. The dentist Rabia (might have misspelled her name) who preformed the dental cleaning was great, she understood my concerns and answered all my questions, she really made my experience much better. After the service I was explained the dental plan they recommended and it all sounded good to me. I booked my next two visits to make sure I stay on top of my teeth that I have been scared of dealing with due to an existing concern. New patient here and felt fairly welcomed. Had a lot to be done and they took care of me. Great atmosphere great playlist and great people S/O to Karen for making it such a smooth procedure 10/10 recommended
