Patterson Dental

This company is horrible. They obviously do not want to business with the dental profession but just rip us off. From when they took over Schick, and Cerec servicing, they thought they could just charge whatever they want and with horrible customer service. I have had many issues in the past but this last one has made me write this review. I have an MC X5 mill the inlab one 5 axis. For the last three months it has been serviced parts replaced and cost thousands of dollars with the problem never being resolved. Yesterday the tech comes and calls me on the phone and says the part that I need is in his truck and will be 3600. I told him to do it but I wanted to speak with their management as to why I was spending all this money and to not have a working machine and at least give me an

Bought a part from them. Three months later it was defective. Called over three days and fourth time they called back. Not guaranteed because it’s over three months. They were really really rude. Now they sent me a bill for the water bottle caps and water bottles which I never ordered. This company is confused, and a rip off. I will never again use them.

Sales people lure you in , finance department harass you, managers of local branch think they own the company, never return call, DENTISTS don't do business with Patterson, worst service.

Watched one of there drivers this morning in new jersey cut off a truck by forcefully pushing in between two trucks . There driver didn't even bother to use his signal light and obviously didn't care about anybody else but himself.

Still waiting for them to approve a kavo handpiece repair since 01.25.2024.
