Patterson Dental

Very disappointing experience with Patterson Dental. We were charged for items and services that we never received. This feels like taking advantage of customers who may not carefully review their invoices. I strongly recommend reviewing every single charge in detail before paying. Transparency and accuracy are clearly lacking.

I have known and worked with my Patterson rep Rebecca Kellum for years . She’s professional , and attentive ! She manages my orders for three locations and has been instrumental in setting up my digital work flow . She is always available to answer my questions , help with orders or tech support . She truly is an indispensable part of my team!

Disappointed in the lack of knowledge when calling about an issue with an invoice. Multiple transfers then attitude being given when asking what a charge is. They also lack proper phone etiquette. Multiple employees put me on hold or transferred the call without even informing me who I was being transferred to. This lead to incorrect transfers and about 30 mins to figure out a charge. The customer service use to be much better it has definitely declined. Advice for new docs deciding between software and different dental supply companies, do not use this company for your software or office needs.

The rep that comes to our office is very unprofessional. Last week he walks in our office while I was speaking to a patient, then pops his head beside/behind the patient asking me to get the dental assistant that he usually works with. The patient jumped when he got close to her ear. The Patterson rep could have waited until patient completed her check out process. Keep in my mind our patients pay us so we can pay Patterson. lately Patterson reps have been very aggressive.

Patterson dental is absolutely amazing . The technicians and reps always go above and beyond . Recently I had ceph installation at my office . The technician Mr. Taylor tracked the package and showed up at my office 2 hours after the package arrival to make sure that the ceph is installed and ready to be used as per my need . Last week my 15 + years old autoclave went down suddenly and Patterson techs personally delivered an autoclave to my office within hours at no charge to me . I started my journey with Patterson in 2015 and have had the pleasure to work with Rosemerry , Steve smith , Jenny McLaughlin , Jay Laois ( she gets back to me even if I text her on Sunday !!) Kevin Parker , Al ( my Adec buddy ) and many other technicians . Thank you all that I have known and the ones who work
