Patriot Urgent Care - Laurel

Left a great review almost two years ago but they have clearly fallen off. I’m sitting here now in the waiting room and I completed the registration at home but it hasn’t helped my wait. I was told online that wait was 11 mins so I came an hour early for my appointment but unfortunately I am still waiting! The lady at front desk is nice but don’t come if you can. It’s now past my appointment.

5 stars. I was in and out. Clean place. Pretty straight forward. The electronic signing in is I think one of the best parts. Quick and easy! This was my third time renewing my medical card and I always drive 30 mins from all other places just to come here! The receptionist was very informative and professional and helpful too. Shout out! 👋

First, I’d like to say, if you are sick and in the Laurel area, let these folks take care of you. Sasha at the front 👌🏾… Very professional, warm and inviting. MA Mikayla, I hope that’s her name. Awesome lady. This medical assistant was so gentle with my sick baby. She had another MA shadowing her, as she should because all of her fantastic qualities will rub off on her. Last but not least, Dr. Gloria Lee!!!!!! Bedside manner is impeccable. Dr. Lee was wonderful with my daughter. Compassionate and caring. I honestly hope she considers coming to the Laurel location on a more permanent basis. Finding quality healthcare these days is hell. This woman was knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you ladies. You are appreciated!!!!! 🫶🏾

The staff was very caring, but it did take a long time considering I was one of the first people there. It was a holiday weekend, so that needs to be considered. I was given a brace to help with a possible sprain and I don't believe the technician knew how to put it on. I later realized it was on backwards and I fixed it. The doctor who saw me was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner.

Extremely professional and helpful. All the staff I interacted with made me feel comfortable and attended to my needs in a very caring way. Office was clean, efficient and modern-high quality venue and high quality operation.
