Patrick Regan Therapeutic Massage

I have been seeing Patrick for just under a year now, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his service! He is incredibly kind and professional, and his space is inviting and relaxing. Most important of all are his skills—Patrick’s work has really helped tremendously with my back and hamstring issues. His prices are incredibly reasonable, especially given the quality of the work. He is truly a local gem and glad we have him in our community!

My 90 minute massage with Patrick exceeded expectations. I had a lot of tightness in my upper back and shoulders. One session reduced tension by 90%. He applied the perfect amount of pressure and his technique was magical. Highly recommend and will certainly be back.

I’ve been seeing Patrick for nearly 3 years now, since he was at his previous location. He’s very knowledgeable and has really helped me with my significant shoulder, arm, and lower back issues from work. I like that his massages are therapeutic, rather than just a light relaxing massage. I now try to see him regularly, like every 4-6 weeks. He’s also a really great person and has become like a friend over the past few years. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for an experienced massage therapist, especially if you have specific areas you need focused on. I also appreciate that he offers cupping services. His price is very reasonable for being the city, and you can buy packages as well.

I’ve been seeing Patrick for monthly massages for several years. My upper back tells me when it’s time to see him - he really helps me manage my back and shoulder pain. He’s also great at recommending other professionals who can step in and help when you need more help than a massage can provide (eg, PTs etc.)

Patrick is fantastic! I have been seeing him for a few years for shoulder/upper back tension and feel 100x better after every massage. He is very skilled, easy to talk to and his new spot is incredibly cozy.
