He really cares about his patients and goes above expectations to insure patients receive superior care. He explains procedures and answers your tough questions . Took my mother here for a visit after a car accident. Some woman came in and talked to her. She did not introduce herself as to who she was. I have no clue. Mother was not impressed at all. Will not go back.

Dr. Ireland and all that assisted him ... his staff at Virginia Brain & Spine Center, the entire surgical and care team at Winchester Medical Center, including the nurses and those that assisted them in the Neuroscience Unit in WMC - Thank you for diagnosing and successfully surgically removing what turned out to be a benign brain tumor in May 2023. The discomfort, pain, and difficulty with life I experienced before is no longer. I have such a positive outlook for myself and others I surround myself with because of your efforts. It was so much more than "just your job." So many have been hearing about Dr. Ireland and what I consider to be the “Rock Star” neurosurgeon and his amazing team that helped make all this possible. I personally highly recommend Dr. Ireland. Thank you all!

I have has 3 back surgeries completed by Dr. Ireland over a 22 year span. I must say he is an excellent surgeon. It all boils down to in my opinion, “he is a great and caring doctor”. 👍

If I could put a zero I would. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR! He does not know what he is doing. He miss diagnosis people and his assistant is evil! Stay far away!
