Getting set up here does seem to take a long time, but once you're in, it's great! Kimberly Compton is who my husband and I see and she's great!!! Very knowledgeable and caring. Her nurse, Cindy is also the same!!! If you need a good practice to go to, this is it. Just plan on about a month or 2 to get in.

I did not have a good experience with this practice and I'd like to explain in detail why so others do not have to go through what I went through. I reached out to them because they are privately owned and I like to support small business. I am a business owner myself. I spend my days training front office personnel for healthcare practices on how to create a great patient experience, and this practice could use some help with their version of the patient journey. It started with a phone call. The first person I spoke with (I will not name names b/c my purpose is to provide an honest review, not get people fired), wasn't very engaging. I was calling to get my family established with care and this person did not lead the conversation at all. I had to ask a lot of questions rather than this

This rating is for the individual over billing, I really enjoyed the Doctor that I saw. The moment I feel like my health isn’t a priority it’s time to switch, they refused to make an appointment for me until a balance was paid after I just paid 242.99 on my last visit after going here for years. That is absolutely ridiculous!

Friday afternoon, their hours stated are 8-4. I've tried for 45 minutes to get through. If you take off early or are otherwise closed: maybe CHANGE YOUR OUT GOING MESSAGE. It's not that hard. All I wanted to know was if you received my medical records yet. I've tried desperately for over a year to get a (good) family doctor. We moved here 6/2023. After many attempts to locate a doctor and being told there are none in Stuart, I see PCFP on FB and messaged them. That's THE ONLY WAY I'VE EVER GOTTEN THROUGH. In the message I received I was told I would need to come in and fill out papers so they could request records, which I did 3-4 weeks ago. This all had to be completed b4 even learning if any doctor was taking new patients????? All I really need is a referral to a rheumatologist; bc of co

This review only has to do with the office manager. I have contacted her numerous times about a refund that is due on my children's accounts from a visit at urgent care last December and it hasn't been refunded as of yet. In December it will be a year since they went to the urgent care and she doesn't have the time to refund their money. I think they need a new office manager or someone that can refund money other than her if she's that busy. No doubt if we owed the office money she would have already sent it to collections. The other staff members have been as helpful as they can be but they all agree she's the only one who can refund they money.
