Friendly staff,clean facility. They gave me the time I needed to grieve over losing my beloved Shih Tzu and just today received a beautiful card in the mail.

check your bills and make sure you know what you are paying for!! this is by far the most dishonest vet clinic I’ve ever encountered. Courtney lied and told me they would be able to do a blood test to confirm if my dog was poisoned. When I got there the vet told me that there was no way for them to be able to tell if he had poison by the blood test and either way they would send me to the emergency room. they wasted my time and my money… then had the audacity to slap me with a $500 vet bill for blood work I shouldn’t have even had done if they were going to send me to emergency care anyways. They admitted to charging me for 2 tests that totaled $230… that didnt even need to be done. They also charged me $60 for a heart worm test?! I wasn’t even there for a Heartworm test. The staff was Great . This was Madison 1st vet visit and the vet tech and the Doctor and lady at the check in and out desk was Awesome

The entire staff is great to work with. Their priority is your pet, and you feel almost as if you're their only patient when in the examining room. They don't rush and answer all questions patiently and thoroughly. They saved the life of my 85 lb hound when he decided to nose a copperhead, and I will be forever grateful...

Wonderful caring staff. They are very compassionate and show love for animals. They walk your dog, actually walk outside around the property for you not a dog run if you leave them for overnight stays and they show your cats affection and pet them. I will always bring my animals to them. The vet also shows genuine care and love for those in his care.
