Patients First Medical Center

Very unprofessional. I spoke to Brooke on the phone regarding a disability form for my grandparents and was told to have them come by the office to show the letter. When my grandparents went to the office they were greeted with a very unwelcome environment trying to get them out as soon as possible. I spoke to Diane on the phone and she was very unprofessional and not letting us explain our side on why they were there. I also heard her talk to my grandparents while I was on the phone with them and I can hear her being very rude and trying to basically kick them out. I hope they don’t treat all their patients like this because wow, being patient is probably the most important quality to have in a hospital setting which they lack significantly.

Don't go there. It's patients last. Hours say they are open til 6, but they stop taking patients at 4. A note on the website would be an easy fix. We have been going there for years mostly for the sake of convenience. We have seen mostly competant practitioners but front-line ppl are surly. I don't recall any attempted calls over the years being answered. Although no excuse for rudness the put-upon staff have to deal w the crap that comes w being owned by corporate America where $ is prioritized at the expense of valuing vital lower-level staff & patients. In contrast, the clinics on G Street & on Olive are better managed w happier staff. It's interesting to note that ppl who gave ☆☆☆☆☆ have written several fold more reviews than those giving 1☆. Why is this?

I love the front office ladies the drs and the assistants so friendly thank you patients first for being such a great team

Stay away from this medical facility unprofessional at its finest. The secretaries are rude and very disrespectful. If you’re gonna go to this facility, be ready to wait three hours or more. Seems to me like they’re very unorganized. They need to have better people skills obviously they don’t since, the secretary is very rude. I went there for Work Comp case every time I went there. I had to wait three hours or more. There was a few times where I got up and left and I told the rude staff, I couldn’t wait any longer. this happened a few times where I walked out because of long weight times!. I recentlybecame aware of defamation of character, Since I made several complaints in the past. And refused to be seen there through my workers comp!the secretary, there told me that I was being denied

The most ignorant, rude, and unprofessional medical group I made the mistake of calling, The receptionist over spoke me, would not listen to what I was asking, then hung up on me because I told her she was being rude.. When I called back she would put me on hold. Someone in management there needs to pay attention to who they hire, and have interacting with potential patients who need medical assistance, and is not an emergency. I would give a 0 (zero) but then I could not leave a comment.. if you don’t like your job, then find another.
