Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Woodman

Fantastic visit this time! I arived around 9 am, registed and then went straight back to exam room. Never sat in waiting room (FYI, there wasn't anyone in the waiting area). COVID, strep and flu swabs done almost immediately . Then X-ray. MD came in within 10 minutes after xray, MD stated I was positive for COVID related pneumonia. Out the door within 45 minutes. Granted, there have been times where I spent over 2 hours waiting but that was usually because they are packed! The trick is to get in early. For those that stated it felt more like a business then a Dr. appointment, news flash- dr. appointments are a business! But it is nice to have those medical professionals that listen. Patients 1st staff usually listen and care.

I feel confident that I received very excellent care. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and care of my medical assistant. She smiled and showed genuine interest in my treatment. The physician was very patient and listened to my concerns; very thorough - I appreciated that. Every staff member that I encountered from the front desk, triage area, and treatment area were A+++ in my humble opinion. Thank you all, RBO

It was truly a pleasant visit. I wish I had gotten her name, but the front desk representative was excellent—her customer service was outstanding, and she made me feel completely comfortable. As always, my provider, Jenna Wingard, was exceptional. She thoroughly evaluates me at every visit and always explains exactly what’s going on. I have her listed as my primary, and she’s the only provider I see. She is a truly great physician assistant, and I couldn’t ask for better care.

This is the best Patient First I have ever gone to. The staff is exceedingly kind and knowledgeable. The wait time is reasonable. They keep you informed and make sure your needs are met. The facility is clean and well looked after. When I am sick or injured, this is the place I trust for treatment.

Staff was attentive and empathetic. It was simple to come in get treatment and then leave within an hour. I was particularly grateful for the staff’s kindness and sense of humor when I wasn’t feeling my best!
