Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - White Marsh

Very thorough and thoughtful! The staff at Patient First White Marsh really exceeds service! I normally don’t leave reviews but they definitely deserved one! They were so efficient and caring and you can see that by the way they treat their patients. What would’ve turned out to be a screaming match for “long wait time” was met with positivity and efficiency from both ends. Thanks!

I had a great experience at Patient First. I was in the waiting room for less than five minutes, which was impressive. The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and efficient. I really appreciated how smooth and quick the whole visit was.

The front reception was very pleasant & helpful. The nurse Lexi was kind, caring and very accommodating. The PA Pam had an excellent bedside manner—was gentle, kind and thorough. It was the best experience I have had an urgent care. Thank you.

It's so nice to have a place to go to when you're not feeling well on a weekend and your primary care is closed. I was treated with respect and attention.The minute I walked in the door it was great.I would highly recommend patient first for all your weekend or after hour needs.

I went to urgent care at 4pm. It was my first time at Patient Care. I waited 5 minutes before I was put in the system and taken to a room. The nurse assisting me was very nice, and funny. I told them my symptoms and instead of just "guessing" what it could be, they did a covid test, strep throat test, and an x ray. They found the problem, and the doctor explained it to me. He gave me medication, and a doctor's note for my job. He came back with a bag with my paperwork and the medicine to take, and I was on my way. I got there at 4pm, back in my car by 5pm. They took great care of me, found my problem, and gave me the medication to help feel better.
