Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Voorhees

I felt terrible when I walked through the door of Patient First and hoped for help. I filled out the very easy computer check in and was quickly brought back to reception. The young lady who took my info was friendly and professional. I hardly waited a couple of minutes before a nurse came to get me for exam. She was also friendly and professional and answered my questions thoughtfully. The doctor stepped in within a couple of minutes and assessed my condition asking thoughtful questions and answering mine as well. The staff was great and took fantastic care of me. I felt better just having their help and that was before starting my prescription! This is my second encounter with the staff at Patient First and they didn't disappoint.

I would not recommend this urgent care. The receptionist was rude, snarky and immature. No one else in the waiting room, and only noticed one other patient in the treatment area, yet was there for two hours. It seemed like the staff were moving at a leisurely pace. The only positive experience I had was with the nurse who took my vitals and history and put me in the exam room. She was super friendly, attentive and compassionate. I think if the whole staff had her work ethic and mentally it would have been a completely different experience. She's the reason I gave two stars instead of one. She deserves ALL the stars! When the doctor finally came in to "read" my X-rays she said she doesn't think there is a fracture, but she wasn't sure so they'll wait to see what the radiologist says. Possi

Everyone I met with was excellent today. I was treated with care, respect, and compassion. Dr. Rosenthal answered all questions and took her time explaining everything to me. I have seen her previously and have always been pleased with her care. I have recommended this Patient First to many people, and everyone has been pleased!

Being a long time Cardiac ICU Nurse and Paramedic, I am very leary about stand alone facilities. Well.... this one changed my whole outlook. The entire staff was friendly, personable, informative and fun. Now, Dr. Handler.....she was special. She was fun, knowledgeable and easy to speak too and and incredible sense of humor. But most of all, she held herself to the utmost professionalism that a physician should. I had a great experience and would recommend this facility to anybody who has an issue that does not need to be taken to an emergency room.

Dr. Massoc, was wonderful. He provided excellent care during my recent visit to Patient First for an infection. He explained the condition and treatment clearly and with genuine warmth, which I truly appreciated. He has also treated several members of my family over the years with the same high standard of care. He is a credit to your team. We are glad to know he is available to treat our walk-in needs.
