I felt that my experience at Patient First Short Pump was positive. From the moment I registered at the kiosk, i was promptly seen. My wait time after registration was less than 10 minutes. My nurse who took me back to take my vitals and ask me about the reason for my visit was pleasant and sympathetic to my pain that i was experiencing. The attending followed up with me and went over my record with me and let me know my diagnosis after the test results returned from the lab. The one stop shop experience made me feel like i was well cared for, even when the phlebotomist came to my exam room to draw my blood, he was personable and ensured that i was comfortable. The warm blanket was a nice gesture and i was able to relax. When i was discharged the staff acknowledged me as I departed. The en

I have been going to Patient First-Short Pump location for many years now- 20+. They are my primary doctor. Dr. Owen's was my last doctor and she was very cordial and knowledgeable as always. My condition has greatly improved over 24hrs. Dr. Shahab, Dr. Holt and Dr. Kolb, have also been regular Dr.'s that have treated me there. I say this because of their great knowledge of illnesses and methods of treating those illnesses. Its always refreshing to know I have a great Dr.'s office with many personable, interchangeable, and caring staff to help me get better 7 days a week, when I get sick and when I need them... not on the doctor's schedule when they can see me. I was absolutely stunned at how fast I was taken care of today. I didn’t even get to sit down in the waiting room before I was I was taken back and taken care of. I didn’t get the name of the nurse I had but she was a delight and my physician Dr. Holt was kind and efficient and setting an example for the student doctor(?) who was shadowing him. Despite walking out of there with a flu diagnosis I felt better because I was taken care of with kindness. Thank you guys for all your hard work. 💜

Loved it. Staff were extremely courteous and efficient. The facility was very clean and comfortable, and while the wait time was a bit long, it was totally excusable given the time of day. My PA, Tyler Holt, was outstanding and took time to answer all of my questions. I was looking to replace my PCP, but I may just stick with Patient First from now on.

I went to this facility on Halloween, 2025 for a sick visit. While there the doctor asked if I would like to get my flu shot and I said yes. He left and came back shortly and said they were out of the flu shots I need. I am on Medicare and the one I need is different from others. In a few weeks I went to Publix to get my flu shot but was told I had already gotten it on 10-31-25, so they couldn't give it to me. I called patient first billing and explained the situation to the lady (I believe her name was Carolyn) and then listened to her type for 20 minutes only to then tell me that she had sent my info over to whoever reviews them and that I should hear something within 30 days or so. I waited, and never heard anything, so I called back. I think it was the same lady and again I lis
