Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Perry Hall

Update January 22nd 2026 So I had a tough battle with a fever of 103, pneumonia and a severe cough in the beginning of December. And Patient First at Perry Hall were so helpful and attentive to what I needed. I could barely talk without coughing and I had a huge interview coming up. After 3 weeks of me being there a few times I was able to have my interview with no coughing and no pneumonia. The nursing staff and X-ray technicians were absolutely great and PA Dowdle was a huge help as well! I can't say enough great things about the staff there! Thank you for all that you do. I always like going to the Perry Hall patient first. Every single one of them is very knowledgeable and always want to help you out. I've never had one person being in a bad mood. This honestly was probably the best experience ever at any patient first. The staff was by far the friendliest! Every person I encountered (5 individuals at least) were all quite delightful and friendly. The wait was not long at all - also rare. I haven’t been to this patient first in a long time because of a doctor that I did not like very much. But this staff was an 11/10!

Checked in very quickly and then brought back to triage shortly later. Got my xray right away. The staff were friendly and kind. One particular staff member who wasn’t even caring for me came out of no where with a glass of water for me when I started having a coughing fit which was very kind. The provider was thorough and quick resolution and prescriptions. I had a little bit of a wait between my xray and seeing the provider but they were busy and everyone was working hard. Overall very satisfied.

This was, by far, the best urgent care experience I have ever had! There was virtually no wait to be registered or to be taken back for my examination. X-rays were done quickly. Next, I was examined by the medical director of the facility - which is what I was hoping for since I wanted someone experienced in diagnosing potential knee ligament injuries. Over all, I was in and out with a referral to an orthopedic doctor in hand in less than 45 minutes. Everyone I dealt with - from the receptionist to the nurses to the physician (Dr. Federline) - was very capable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great experience. Will definitely use the Perry Hall, MD - Patient First location again should the need arise.

I had an amazing experience. Vanessa from the front desk did my intake information and she was so kind & a ray of sunshine. Then Nurse Sarah, who was as sweet and personable as Vanessa, helped take my vitals and get me ready for PA Patel. PA-C Patel was so helpful and explained everything that was happening. I am truly appreciative!
