I have been patient for 11 years at patient first. Yesterday March 6th, 2026. I recieve a call from school that my daughter 7 years old is sick with high fever 104. I run pick her up bring her to patient first. I checked her in. At first the front office lady was normal until she sees a balance of 400$ her tone voice change. She said you need to take care of making this payment first than we can see her. I dont know any thing of that balance I did not recieve any bills. Balance of my last visit on November 2025. I remember they did not do any lab or somthing. And this is my part to pay after insurance anyway. They waisted my time. Talking about this balance and no one cares about my daughter. She was very weak she couldn't breath well she lay down on the floor because the check in office
It’s a shame but my experience was ruined by one individual in particular. Cathy Gooding. I hope no one ever has to go through what I went through. I am so infuriated right now. I came to this location because I was dehydrated and severely weak. My fiancé had to grab a wheelchair and take me in because I am so weak. As soon as we walked in the check in lady rolled her eyes at us and had an attitude from the beginning. She even yelled at my fiancé because he asked her how to check in (him and I have never even been to a patient first). At first , we gave her some grace because I am an ultrasound technologist and I understood she did not mean it personal. My experience with the coordinator management was amazing, she was understanding. Explain everything to me in detail. Your customer service was great. And she was wonderful and helped with me. I would not choose a better place to go to. I never been to any other patient first.. 💯 The experience of customer service that i got was the best I ever got since I been going years ago....
This is the worst location. You have to wait 4 hours to see a Doctor. I went to see Dr Tong yesturday and he did not do a full check up (missed a critical lab) and so I called back the next morning. The RN Nurse told me that I have to come in again the next day. I arrived here this morning at 1130am and now it is 130pm and I am still waiting to see a Doctor. The Doctor that I really didnt want to see doesnt come in until 2pm. So, instead of allowing me to see the one Doctor that they have here, they put me in a room and I am just waiting. There is no follow up on time and they did the same yesturday when I waited for hours. Its not like the Nurse Assistants are busy, they are sitting at the desk talking. My visit to Patient First was very positive. I had little wait time. I really appreciated the option to wait in my car. Everyone i came in contact with was upbeat, efficient and very helpful. The Doctor listened to me, did not rush the exam and was "spot-on" with her diagnosis and treatment. I left with the feeling I had been well taken care of.
