During my time of discomfort and illness, I was treated with dignity and Respect. The Staff was friendly and Professional offering Wellnes to me to feel better. Also the time frame of my visit probably didn't take an hour. I was very Satisfied with this visit. Thank You All

I went to patient first mechanicsville . I like that I can wait in my car., the office was busy but I had to wait hours before being seen. I knowit is a clinic and they are busy but just to be honest,. I need to find a doctor office so I don’t have to wait like this, but the staff and doctors and nurses all seem sweet.i don’t like bad reviews so The office is clean,. Nurses are gentle and make me feel comfortable, and insurance check in is speedy. Doctors I’ve seen are thorough. I’ll be back, but I know to allow enough time in my day to wait to be seen. Thank you

I was able to wait in my car, big plus! I wasnt there long either, i thought it would be a long wait because it was medium busy when i went. the doctors care very much, its almost weird because im not used to doctors caring these days! they even followed up with me by phone, just to see how i was doing. a rare gem, the whole staff was fantastic, i just cant believe this exists still!

I just wanted you all to know that this was one my best experiences with your center and your staff, everyone was exceptional! I appreciate the kindness and care of each team member from check in, to vitals, to my bloodwork, chest x ray and physician and pharmacy. The wait was a little long but I was able to work remotely while I waited and several staff asked if I needed anything, water etc. There was a genuine sense of care and compassion from each team member. Great job! Please let each team member who was there today know that I felt seen, heard and cared for. Thank you!!!

I was greeted immediately by Ashleigh and was suggested a med professional based on my questions. She was friendly and efficient. The triage nurse Ariana or Adriana was amazing. She was personable, professional and quick! PA Cory Hall had an amazing bedside manner. He didn't make me feel rushed, he listened and addressed all my questions. His knowledge and honesty with my diagnosis was valued and appreciated. He was professional and compassionate. Everyone I encountered during my visit was nothing short of phenomenal. Thank you all for my care.
