Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Laurel

Alice, Ian, and Rashaan were amazing! This was the best visit I’ve ever had to Patient First and I’ve been going to that location for over a decade. Something has changed! It is obvious! That team is wonderful and I hope you can retain them. I felt welcomed, cared for, supported and that my time was as important as my health. Whatever you are doing, keep doing it!! Thank you!!

Dr. Masoso, Erika and Flores listened to me and had phenomenal bedside manner. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything if I had questions. They were really patient and made me feel well taken care of which is something I greatly value when I’m sick and visiting an urgent care. 💖

Very positive experience. All staff are friendly and efficient. The wait time was reasonable considering they were busy. The nurse practitioner listened to me and asked good followup questions.

From start to finish, everyone was courteous and professional and catered to my needs. I was in severe pain when I arrived. The check-in person, the nurse, doctor and x-ray technician were all exceptional. I could not have asked for a better experience. The doctor provided a shot to elevate the spasms that I experienced. Everyone was very helpful. Kudos to the staff with particular kudos to the x-ray technician.

Overall, my visits here have been positive, and the clinical staff have always been helpful and professional. I do want to share some feedback specifically about the front desk experience. There is one receptionist in particular (seated behind the kiosks near the entrance) whose tone often comes across as rude and condescending when speaking with patients. Over the past year, I’ve witnessed this on multiple occasions with different patients, including an older gentleman who appeared to need assistance with translation. Rather than rephrasing questions or showing patience, the communication felt dismissive and unnecessarily corrective.
