Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Hamilton

Overall, Patient First has been able to always assist me when I come in for urgent visits. The front desk staff is always pleasant and the wait time to get registered is minimal. I appreciate patient first is available to help with my medical care when needed.

The entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal. I have never been here before and it was like walking into a mini ER. Front desk receptionist was very polite and helpful. Medical assistant was kind. Doctor was friendly and explained everything to me. X-ray tech was good. The office was very clean and tidy. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice and helpful. Very well organized. Work flow was top notch. Definitely will be going there for any future emergencies. 10 stars.

I was taken in by a pleasant Admissions Staff member quite quickly and then was taken back for vitals and a urine sample soon after by a nurse who was also very nice. The doctor who I saw was excellent! She was familiar with my past medical history, listened and then informed me on my current condition. I was even able to obtain medication needed at this facility during this appointment which was terrific! I had a very good experience at Patient First!

I use spent several hours at Patient First in Robbinsville. They were crowded and doing their best. When I was seen, I was told that my symptoms indicated that what I have is a virus. I said that I was hoping for a z pack to knock it out of me and it appeared to my husband and I that the doctor agreed. At the pharmacy, the medication that was ordered was a common antibiotic that is used to treat bacterial infections. I wasted my time and money.

Today I visited the patients first because I was feeling terrible with a horrible cough and could barely breathe. From the girl in the registration department to the medical staff, they gave me quality care. They treated me with professionalism, respect, and kindness. I can't remember their names, but I can only say thank you.
