I was feeling terrible when I came in to get treated. The staff and the doctor were very pleasant and nice to deal with. My symptoms were treated, and I feel so much better today.. I highly recommend this practice.

Worst experience with a doctor in my entire life. I’ve struggled with chronic migraines since 3 years old. The past year they’ve gotten significantly worse and I was unable to get a neurologist appointment for over a year. I thought I could wait it out till then, but I started getting the worst migraines imaginable. In a matter of minutes I’d go from fine to crying in pain, vomiting, blacking out, and sometimes memory loss. Back in July 2025 I had one that lasted 4 days straight to the point blood started coming up with my vomit. I have very intense anxiety when it comes to doctors, but I was in so much pain I was forced to drive myself to patient first. When I was seen by the doctor he simply told me it’s just stress, because I’m perfectly healthy. He said to go home and take an ibuprofe

Starting off the New Year in urgent care can be pretty stressful but my experience was top notch. From the check in staff Michelle Friend who was very pleasant, inviting and prompt in her checking me in should be recognized as she is the first point of contact with patients. She was flexible with me as I did not have my insurance card and allowed me to complete from my phone. The next person was an older Caucasian woman Ms Jennifer who took my vitals and explained the details about a room not being available which I greatly appreciated .Dr Jenkins was simply fabulous. I waited about 5 minutes before she came in the room. My diagnosis was made right away and I received my medications before I went home. Dr. Jenkins explained my medications and diagnosis in detail and I appreciate her warm a

I was here during the 8am hour so when first opened. Other patients & I was so early that waiting in line in the parking lot went on. Once inside logging in through the touch screen is up to date&good. No paperwork basically. All staff was working at a not slow speed. Knowledgeable & caring they seemed too. I just needed to go over bloodwork results. The doctor was giving knowledge about the results.

Saw Dr Bridges (?) and he diagnosed me and took steps another provider didn’t take yesterday, which could have been costly to all that I interacted with today on a holiday. Caring compassionate team working on Thanksgiving who were meant to be there - their hearts are in the right place and doing what they’re clearly passionate about. Love this location and team. Wait times and communication are always excellent, today the team was exceptional.
