Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Feasterville

I had a male nurse practitioner his name was Patrick. I came in very sick coughing up green. He asked my symptoms. I told him I had a terrible cough and very congested. He checked my breathing. He said he was ordering an xray but he rarely never does its only been six days. The xray came back negative. He said he wouldn't give me any antibiotics. I told him I am prone to bronchitis and phenomena I need an antibiotic I'm coughing up green I don't want to get worse. He said coughing up green is a myth. I said what I'm over 60 I'm very sick and I have a very bad cough. The best he did was give me something for a cough. What is wrong with him!! I have been going here for years. T g e nurses and doctors have been great. Now I have to go back because Patrick said I would be alot better and

I was there a week ago. I specifically asked for a full (annual) exam. They didn't do as I asked. They missed or misunderstood my request for full blood work. Just because, either the doctor couldn't comprehend English or whatever the case was because she fast talked me, I wanted my full exam but now they are going to charge me for another visit to finish the blood work that I asked for in the first visit. I shouldn't be charged $145 again to sit down because of this doctor's negligence, not paying attention to my clear request. I can see paying for further testing from the lab when this full service should have been rendered in my first visit. Any way to get extra money out of people because of their screw up. Not fair at all... I am appalled!!

Second time I’ve come here and immediately one star and will not be returning!! Came in because I’m afraid my toe might be infected, first went to get taken in for triage twice by two different nurses, and then got put in a room where I sat for almost an hour just waiting to get seen!! Meanwhile one of the drs was sitting right in front of my room scrolling on her phone!! And then they were all talking about ordering “chipotle” for lunch while I was still waiting to be seen!! I tried to call someone in by saying “excuse me” as a nurse walked past my room, the same dr in the photograph below looked right at me before immediately looking back at her phone! Being 12 weeks pregnant and treated like this is a shame! I walked out because I had enough and will be going to another urgent care that

I'm not a huge fan of the current health care system as a whole. I have an extremely hard hard time getting my daughter seen at her pediatrician when she NEEDS to be seen. My own personal doctor kinda sucks when I need to be seen for an urgent issue. Very frustrating! That being said.... ive taken my daughter to patient first many times and have been EXTREMELY pleased with the quality and care she received. Some days had longer what times... thats just part of life sometimes but the staff and doctors have been top notch! I wish our regular doctors office were as nice and organized. Over the summer my daughter hurt her foot and her doctor couldn't see her for over a week. We scheduled and as the days past she couldn't deal with the pain. As a healthcare professional myself, you hope to be treated with the kindness and compassion you provide for your patients when it’s your turn to be on the other side as a patient. The staff here exceeded all of those expectations. From the front desk, to the nurses, and the PA who saw me- extremely professional and so sweet! G Morrisey PA was so reassuring with explaining everything and answered all my questions during both of my visits this week. She is truly great at what she does. Highly recommend and will continue to return in the future!!
