Patient First in Denbigh is the best. My go to if I have an after hours situation. They’re always kind, professional and pleasant staff. I’ve never had a problem and have no complaints. Or I would definitely do a review reflecting such. I enjoy even more doing pleasant reviews. It’s in and out unless it’s flu season etc. A long wait is to be expected for legitimate reasons. That’s anywhere you go.
I had a wonderful experience with patient first. The entire process from start to finish was very efficient. I like that you can sign in on a computer up front. I love the fact that they have a patient tracker which allows you to see in real time how many people are ahead of you. I like that you are taken to a more private area to get registered. The facility was very clean and user friendly. They even have chargers in the rooms for patients who may need to charge their phones. This patient first has done an excellent job at making the patients feel very comfortable and taken care of. The staff were all so amazing. No one feels good when they have to go to an urgent care but this staff never made me feel like a bother, they never made me feel rushed like they just wanted to get through the
I came to this Patient First location seeking care for chest tightness while accompanied by my three young children, one of whom is severely and profoundly autistic. I explained my symptoms and offered to pay out of pocket, but I was told I could not be seen because I did not have my insurance card with me. During the interaction I was told that they were “not denying care.” However, if a facility has the capacity to see a patient but refuses to evaluate them over paperwork, even when the patient is willing to self pay, that is difficult to interpret as anything other than refusing care. Given that I presented with chest symptoms, I expected at minimum a brief clinical assessment. The RN on site declined to even listen to my lungs or perform a basic evaluation before directing me elsewhe
Patient First is a first rate facility. It was clean, immediately upon entering we were greeted and checked in! We were called back to a treatment room in about 5 minutes! We were seen in a timely matter and sent for an x-ray and we were asked if we would like a copy to take to our regular MD, and we said we did! Fortunately, I only had a pulled muscle and possibly a pull on the tendon. I was offered a prescription but declined, feeling I could just be careful and allow the arm to heal! Patient first is an excellent facility where staff is friendly and knowledgable! I left feeling better and relieved! Thank you to the staff!!
Hello everyone, Me and my wife came to this patient first branch at 1205 with Vitamin b12 injection that was prescribed by her doctor. In order to get the injection, did the registration and sent back to the lobby to wait. She was called again and this time for vital checkup and I even told the nurse that we are here for Vitamin injection and she said the vital check-up is required for the injection, we were sent back to the lobby to wait. Third time she was called and it has been 45 minutes we are waiting in the room with no one checking on us. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Even there are not so much patients as all the chairs are empty in the lobby. The stuff are not professional and you'll waste your valuable time. I just told my wife let's go and leave without getting the
