Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Columbia

I am so glad that Patient first id in my neighborhood. I have need a patient twice and as a nurse I give it the highest rate. It is well deserved. The entire staff is helpful, very friendly , knowledgeable and efficient. My wait for a practitioner was not long. I do understand that may not be the case all the time but I am willing as much as I need to . I was discharged with all of the medications that I needed. That saved me an extra trip to the pharmacy, especially when I was feeling bad. My compliments and gratitude to the entire staff.

My experience was fantastic. I didn't have to wait at all. The facility was clean, and the staff were nice and professional, and my physician was pleasant and was quick to understand and diagnose my issue. I would highly recommend.

I went when the center first opened so I didnt have any wait but the waiting room filled up quickly. Had a great experience with friendly and supportive staff. The doctor was very knowledgeable, xrays came back quickly and it was a quick trip with exceptional care.

I LOVE Columbia Patient First (the staff, nurses & doctors)! Doctors are always knowledgeable & nice rapport. Nurses always kind and attentive. Staff quick & explains paperwork well! When you're sick you don’t want bureaucracy or attitude—you will not receive either here! And it helps having people you can see that like their job & work environment!! I love Patient First. Everyone was so nice, helpful and caring. My provider Valerie Strang, P.A. was amazing. I’m an RN and very picky about my medical care. Valerie was thorough, caring and very professional. Valerie did a great job educating me on my condition and how to properly use my medications. Thanks for all you do Patient First.
