Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Colonial Park

Went in this morning after experiencing fever, headache, nausea, and etc. Process to check in was quick and easy. Went back for treatment after about 20 minutes. The nurse asked a ton of questions to really understand how I was feeling- Which I appreciated. I ended up testing positive for flu. They prescribed me two different medications and gave me a shot for pain. Dr. Rebeka was phenomenal. She is so sweet and patient! Total of about an hour from the time I got there until the time I was able to leave. Great experience overall.

Even with the short staff due to weather and the amount of people coming in to be seen, the staff was very professional and took the time that was needed with me to insure that I was well taken care of. Rebekah Wickenheiser was tremendous yet cautionary with my injury and explained every procedure thoroughly and covered her every move with me and why it had to be from the xray scan she saw. She cared about my health and well being as well the rest of the staff.

Nurse Ryan was super energetic and upbeat. Very personable and friendly. A great interaction with one of the other nurses as well. Dr Rebecca was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Overall great experience. Registering and getting back to the exam room were super quick. Left with all the info, medicine, and supplies I needed to recover more quickly. Only downside was a little bit longer wait than I expected in the exam room.

All of the staff were kind, efficient, and helpful. I had a blood draw and a shot- neither hurt at all because the techs did such a great job! The physician who saw me did a wonderful job answering my questions and validating the issues I was having. I will be using this urgent care again if ever the need arises.

I went to the location on Jonestown road and I can tell you, I would not take my pet to them. I sat for over two hours in the room waiting to be seen by a doctor. Not one person came in to check on me or tell me why the delay. Finally a doctor walked in, not the doctor I was told I was going to see but another male doctor. He never apologized for the delay he just started in my opinion yelling at me for being there over a cold. I don’t go to the doctors or anywhere else unless I’m very sick. He was very, very rude and condescending. I left very upset that I waited that long to be treated like an annoyance to him. To think I paid to get that reprehensible treatment makes me furious. I will never go there again I suggest you go elsewhere.
