Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Collegeville

This was my first time at Patient First Collegeville. It was one of the most efficient urgent cares I have been too. The admission process was Luis and more than pleasant. The NP/nurse was knowledgeable and able to decide what testing I needed. The radiology technician was good at her job. And Dr. Williams was in tune with what I needed to get better. I would recommend going here. Thanks to all who were involved in my care.

The support staff here is fantastic, but my experience with the doctor was deeply disappointing. My total visit was under an hour, and the front desk admin and intake nurse were both wonderful (though they need better internal communication so patients don't have to repeat their symptoms). After waiting about 30 minutes in the room, Dr. John A. Keim came in and immediately made me feel like an absolute nuisance, and worse, just a transaction. Even though my issue has been going on for over two weeks, he rushed through a very brief exam with almost no eye contact. It was glaringly obvious that his goal was to get through as many patients as quickly as possible to maximize profit. I apologized for taking up his time, which he ignored, and when I explained my primary care doctor wasn't avail

Everything was good, very clean facility, everyone was very kind. The wait time for my strep test to come back took about 25-30 minutes. That was a little rough but other than that great experience. My coworker actually recommended this Patient First to me and I would definitely come back.

My husband brought our 4 year old in for an ear infection and had a really good experience. Everyone was very kind, short wait and they were able to fill the medication we needed on site since our pharmacy was closed. The doctor was great. A big shout out to the nurse Marge (I hope her name is correct) who went above and beyond to help them. We will be back.

I was able to check in and get taken back pretty quickly which was great since I wasn't feeling well. Waited about 25 minutes for a doctor but the appt with them was quick and the convenience of getting my prescription right then and there was super helpful. I was glad I went when I was on the fence about going.
