Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Carytown

the two times i’ve been here the people working there have been so kind. i was helped both times by winston who is the kindest sunshine person you could ever meet. the front desk and the doctor with the fun eyeshadow were quick and efficient. i got there 30 mins after it opened and i was helped LITERALLY immediately so if you don’t want to wait forever (which is normal for any urgent care place) try to go early! and winston i hope you get everything in life- going to any hospital\urgent care\medical place is so vulnerable and scary for so many people and being able to leave with a good experience and be treated like a human means a lot.

My husband and I both have recently had a really good experience with our visits here. We both noted we had the same nurse-he was funny and really bubbly, was extremely gentle with the flu/strep tests he performed on me, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. My doctor spent a lot of time with me and made sure I understood my diagnosis and that I had all the medications and remedies I needed. Everyone during my visit made sure I felt properly taken care of, and listened to all my concerns. I wish I could make these guys my primary doctors!

Absolutely love this location! I’ve been here 3 times and every experience has been great! I will no longer go to any other patient first other than this one. The staff is great from checking in to your care. I must admit I was skeptical at first and contemplating not going but I’m so glad I did! I also love that they can fill certain prescriptions right in the office which saves a trip to the pharmacy! I have to give a special shoutout to one of the nurses. His name is Winston K. He is absolutely amazing and made our very first experience there a great one! My 4 year old who’s normally very shy was very comfortable with him because he was so friendly and genuine. Keep up the great work and thanks to the entire staff that I’ve encountered for your great service.

Excellent front desk staff, nursing staff and physician. Quick response to my medical issue. I spent very little time waiting to be seen. The front desk nurse was sensitive and thoughtfully accommodated my request. All the staff were polite and thorough. I had a great overall experience today, as I have in the past, which is why I continue to come back to Patient First near Carytown. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Patient First today. I can’t remember the name of the person who took my vitals and samples for flu/strep because I was in a haze, but they were AMAZING!! I felt so comfortable and in good hands. I wish I had paid closer attention to their name so they get the recognition they deserve. The doctor, Graham Busse, was also excellent and I left there feeling like I was prepared to get better! I couldn’t remember his name either but that’s listed on their website so it was easier to find! Anyway, I’m feeling much better now and am glad I went in to this Patient First today. **edit to add that the first person was named Winston!! Such a wonderful human!!
