My recent visit encountered a helpful and cheerful support staff that worked efficiently to ensure that my new medical issue was addressed quickly. Dr. Osher was very professional. She addressed my medical issue by quickly diagnosing it and immediately offered the best treatment. I needed an antibiotic which was available right away from the in-house pharmacy. Within a short window of time, I got complete service and was on my way. Great job Patient First team!

One of my employees went to have a piece of plaster removed from his eye. He was told they could not do anything for him and sent him to an eye doctor. I was given a $273 invoice for this service. If I could give them a minus 5 star I would. I only paid $85 for the actual eye doctor, who by the way did a service, to get it out. DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE IF YOU GET SOMETHING IN YOUR EYE.

First time patient. Absolutely everyone I interacted with was amazing! The receptionist when I first walked in, the nurses, the doctor herself, and the other receptionist on the way out were all great and super friendly! The doctor was beyond helpful and showed she cared. She went over results and explained what caused my issue, not just what it was and what I had to do. I want to keep going here as my regular place after just one visit!

I’m glad I decided to go there. The staff is very friendly. The on-site pharmacy is convenient. I’m not a fan of bloodwork, but the lady who drew my blood was very gentle and quick. Much appreciated. Excellent experience.

I was shocked that from the time I checked in, I was checked out in 10minutes and 29 seconds, thanks to my wife timing it on her watch. From the efficiency of the nurse to the direct and diagnostic questions from the PA, to the prescriptions dispensed in-house, my visit was very good. It was late in the evening, so there wasn’t much light conversation or pleasantries, but my medical issue was addressed effectively. So much better than a hospital affiliated walk in center.
