I had an excellent experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming, kind, and efficient, which immediately put me at ease. The entire team was attentive and compassionate throughout my visit. Christina Angelini, PA-C, is truly outstanding. She took the time to listen carefully, showed genuine concern, and made me feel like more than just a patient. Her bedside manner is exceptional, she is knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly patient-centered. She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable and understood the next steps in my care. The standard of care at Patient First could not be worse. On January 5th, I went in for a sinus infection that I had been battling for all of December. When I arrived, there were only three people in the lobby. I was sent back to a room where I waited for 45 minutes listening to a group of girls standing outside chatting (mostly inappropriate gossip, some of it about patients) while patients were waiting in rooms. Even after experiencing symptoms for 4-6 weeks, I was only prescribed a short round of antibiotics by Danielle Cox, a nurse practioner. Unfortunately most chronic sinus infections do not typically clear up within such a short time and often require additional support, like an oral steroid. I was not examined at all, only swabbed for COVID and Flu for which I never received

I am so thankful for the great care today! Your staff provided me with timely, caring treatment - and figured out what was going on with my coughing. Really impressive health care. And so convenient - radiology and prescriptions on site. The PA was so professional as was the nurse who cared for me.

Kim, Vicki, and the doctor were extremely nice and comforting while I was there. I was feeling so sick and anxious, but they were all very professional. Vicki especially, took the time to chat with me while she was monitoring an IV in my arm, since I was so nervous. This was the best experience with urgent medical care, and medical care in general, that I've seen. The support staff was also very nice and diligent about making sure I was ok and had the medication I needed. I'm so grateful for the staff that was there! They definitely deserve recognition.

Wow—just wow! This was only my third or fourth visit to an urgent care facility, and Patient First in Annapolis proved to be number one in my book! Granted, I arrived right when they opened and was the first to register, but from start to finish the experience was exceptional. From check-in, to vitals, to the X-ray technician, to the medical care provided by NP Karrie, and the nursing staff—every single person I encountered was professional, kind, and truly top-notch. As I was leaving, several staff members even called out, “I hope you feel better soon!”—a small gesture that meant so much. I won’t go anywhere else for my urgent care needs from now on. My husband even said, “If I ever need care, this is where I want to go.” Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of me—a
