This was probably among the best visits I've had to patient first in Alexandria. I've never really had or rarely had a bad experience here but this one was just easy Flow from start to finish. They were not busy. Everyone was extremely kind. I was there with my wife and 17-year-old son who was a little nervous but left feeling very good about the experience. The doctor was attentive and answered all of our questions and we got out in record time. Great job!

I waited nearly two hours from check-in to being seen for what was simply a follow-up visit. I was placed in an exam room and continued waiting without updates. When I politely asked about my place in the queue, the response I received was dismissive and lacked acknowledgment of the extended delay. I was later informed that there had been an emergency, which is understandable and should take priority. However, it was unclear why the other provider (who was assigned other exam rooms) couldn't cover the remaining patients until the other provider was unoccupied. While emergencies happen, the facility should have had had a protocol in place for the other patients — especially for things as simple as a follow-up visit. This experience made a busy night in an emergency room feel more efficien

On a Monday evening, it took less than 20 minutes to check-in, talk to a in-take nurse, and get into an examination room. The waiting room was very comfortable for the brief wait. The PA I worked with was kind, compassionate, and thorough. I love that patients can pick up any prescribed medications in the clinic instead of having to make another stop on the way home.

this is a great place, the wait time is always long after check in and once you’re in the room, even when it’s not busy in there, but that’s the ONLY complaint, other than that everything is top notch. Most recent visit when I brought my very difficult to deal with mother, Dr Geus(sp?) and staff were all amazing. Thank you for that🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I never do this however, Yesterday Dr. Rachel Frost saved my life! I came in with chest pains frightened of a heart attack. She ran every test with great understanding and explanation to every step. She gave me the most peace and medical push to go to the ER and taking better care of Me! Her bedside manner was warm, comforting and patient. I didn't feel rushed or I was just another number. Thank you, Thank you,Thank you, Dr. Frost and Patient First. I was very skeptical on coming in and now I'm glad I did!!! Wishing many blessings to her and all who cross her stethoscope 🤗
