Alina is one of the few physical therapists in my area who specializes in pelvic floor therapy. Everything went smoothly—from scheduling the appointment to the follow-ups. She came to my home and provided incredibly detailed help. She even took videos and photos to show me what I was doing and what I should be doing, so I could continue the exercises correctly on my own. I highly recommend her!

She helped release a lot of the physical tension I was holding especially in my back, with gentle but effective massage techniques. As my due date approached, she also offered perineal massage and guided me through breathing techniques that were incredibly grounding
