I had the worst experience with this dentist. Every time I go for a cleaning, the routine is the same: he cleans my teeth, takes an X-ray without explaining why or even showing me the results, and then says goodbye. It's so impersonal and frustrating. This time, when I asked him about my two fillings, he just brushed me off and said, "Next time." I left the office with two big holes in my front teeth and no real answers. I noticed how badly he treats his assistant, which made me uncomfortable. The assistant even looked at me like, "Are you sure you want to schedule another appointment?" Honestly, I’ve never felt more dismissed and mistreated at a medical appointment. every time i leave his office, I asked my self why did you come to this place again???? I prefer my tooth to fall off than

I was looking for a good dentist for regular checkups/cleanings in Bergen County and glad that I found Dr. Kim. There were lots of free parking spots outside, and the waiting room and facilities were very clean with super-friendly office staff. I really liked that Dr. Kim took his time and did the entire cleaning himself. I also told him that my previous dentist (also in Bergen County) had recommended a deep cleaning for my next appointment. After a quick assessment, he said it was not necessary at all. That saved me a bunch of time and money, which I appreciate. I recommended my wife to get her checkup here too, so we'll continue to come here in the future.

Dr Kim's work was decent, not people friendly (who needs to learn a lot about customer service), was very rushed to go to the next appointment and did not ask if there were any questions. Every other staff members were great, including the front desk person and the assistant. I do not recommend unless you don't mind being rushed and receiving substandard customer service from the dentist.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Kim's for the last 7 years (before he moved to this location) and have had a great experience there. He is very knowledgeable and appointments there have been very smooth. I really appreciate having a reliable dentist!

My family and I had a very pleasant experiences with Dr. Steve and his staff. My daughter was anxious about going to the dentist until she met Dr. Steve. He was very patient and gentle; the staff was kind with her. Dr. Steve always takes time to explain about pre-procedure and provides post-procedure advice. He’s very precise and professional as a dentist. Both of my children did Invisalign and happy with the final result. The office environment is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Steve for kids and adults. Dr. Steve is now our family dentist for many years.
