I never received a bill. Just sketchy text messages asking for payment. I tried to go to the website and you see that they use a third-party biller and to send bills to Washington. I could not access the third-party site and there is no one local to speak with. I will make sure that they are not used for any of my medical services in the future.

Wish I could give zero stars. I can't believe it is legal for this place to still be in business! I got a surprise out of network bill in 2023 for my placenta after the birth of my son. Even though that's illegal in Montana. I fought but eventually paid it. Now in 2025 I told my provider "do not send my placenta out!!', and they did. Again. To an out of network provider. I can't log into my account, and they do not give you the diagnosis or procedure code so you can file a claim. Stay clear of this business.

This place appears as a scam when I got a text from them stating I owed $80 for pathology work from my recent surgery. I never accept text msssgs from anyone wanting money and never approved this with Bitterroot Health Hospital. This company listed the name of my surgeon and gave a website to submit my payment. I did not respond to this but did respond with "STOP" as an option they gave. They threatened me with fees for stopping their text!!!! I do want to pay the bill but it needs to go through my insurance first. I called their number multiple times on different days and it just rings. I am in process of contacting Bitt Hospital re this and then will file a complaint to the BBB.

After my bout with cancer last year I assumed that all my bills had been paid. I got a call from a collection agency last week telling to me that my bill to this group had not been paid and I have been turned over for collection. I went back and researched my records and found where I had made numerous attempts to pay them. The bills and checks had been returned because they were undeliverable. They were in the self- addressed envelopes they had provided with the bill. I called them and got a new address (because of a change in billing systems). After not receiving any more bills or phone calls I assumed that the bill had been paid. Now 6 months later I get a collection notice! A courtesy phone call would have been nice and I would have promptly paid my bill. I will inform my physicians

The outsourced billing company is a complete disaster. I paid my bill on time by phone and the person said it wasn't going through on their system and to call back tomorrow. I checked my email a few minutes later and saw that it had been charged to my credit card and processed the next day. They still deny receiving my payment after sending the proof 2 times and speaking with multiple people in customer service. Six months later and I'm still fighting this.
