PathGroup - Murfreesboro

Almost 5 stars, but only because when I arrived, no one was at the front desk. The Receptionist windows will be closed. There’s a sign-in sheet at the desk. A staff member let me know they are changing their sign in system, but can see when you arrive. I think they need to have a visible person at the receptionist area when you walk in. It felt odd initially, but overall the staff was excellent. I would recommend 🙂

Horrible wait time..short staff, After waiting 20 minutes I knocked on the door before I peed my pants and the gal said we take people in order and I still waited..there was 8 people in the waiting room and only 1 person came out of the lab...will definitely complain to doctor and not go back.

This place is never properly staffed. You can have one person in the waiting room and you will still wait over an hr. The staff is not friendly and will ignore every attempt to ask a question at the desk. If you have time and access to other labs go there because this place is not worth the hassle.

So I went to this laboratory, thinking the worst because of the reviews I was delighted surprised I was right and right out, so I’m sorry for having a negative attitude. You guys are awesome.

The wait times at this lab are horrible. We had to wait over an hour, tremendous waste of time. This is frustrating, and it's clear that improvements are needed to ensure a more efficient process but they don’t really care cause only place our doctor works with
