Pastrell, Buchanan and Hartzell General Dentistry

I have always had a very good experience with this dentistry. Everybody’s very efficient and professional. Also, the equipment is updated, which was not the case at a place that I’ve went to before. It does matter where you go believe me. I had a teeth cleaning with Chloe this time and she was very wonderful. Did a great job and was also relaxed with me. I will definitely see her again!

Definitely my favorite dentistry I've been to, everyone there was crazy polite and friendly, staff seemed to all enjoy their jobs, which I think is important as a relaxing atmosphere does a lot for easing you as you get metal bits poking around your mouth. I always hated fillings personally as my old dentist (while sweet as sunshine) never seemed to properly dose the painkillers, which made fillings a genuine nightmare to do. Luckily the guy who worked on me didnt miss a bit, so I left shockingly trauma free for once. Cant really recommend these guys enough if your looking for a quality dentistry, maybe the only complaint was the pricing seemed on the high side, though thats purely anecdotal.

Doctor Buchanan and Tess went above and beyond with my dental care! They took the extra time to complete my procedure same day, were compassionate, efficient, and thorough. The front desk clerk was also very friendly and professional! Great experience, wonderful patient service.

It was my first visit, and I can see why they have so many positive reviews. Jessica was very kind and gentle while taking exrays and pictures of my small mouth. Dr. Hartzell was also kind and gentle, and I appreciate his practical and upbeat evaluation regarding his suggested path forward. Works for me. I trust them.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office yesterday. This was my 3rd visit to Dr. Buchanans office. The office itself is spacious, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated, with a reception area that feels comfortable and welcoming. The front desk team was so kind and efficient. They checked me in quickly and were very helpful. My hygienist, Falon, did an excellent job with my cleaning. She was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality care in a beautiful and friendly environment.
