Our regular vet was out of town when we had to send our beautiful Jess over the rainbow bridge. The entire team at the Weddington rooms were truly phenomenal. From the compassionate reception team, to the assistants and the vet, Dr Brue, we were truly impressed. The team made Jessie’s last step of her journey so dignified, calm and let us have all the time we needed to say our goodbye. As much as we like our current vet, we really love Dr Brue and her team and would love to switch for the rest of our pets. I cannot recommend this practice enough. Compassion is everything!

He was matted and toenails overgrown. He does not like vets and needs to be (fully) sedated for visits . At 13 years old I had concern especially since he had been away almost a year ! The staff understood .. kept me updated the whole time .( even the next day with my questions ) .. now he is back home and can walk better and feels better. We have been going to Passionate Paws for 6 years now, when we moved to Waxhaw, we were very picky about selecting a new vet. We had two dogs, one with severe allergies so choosing the right vet was extremely important to us. The reviews we read about Dr. B and her team were amazing and they have so much love and compassion for all of the animals. Your pets are treated as they are their own. They set a great example of how all veterinary offices should be. We recently had to put one of our dogs down and Dr. B and her team were beyond compassionate and supportive for our family during this very difficult time. We also received a card signed by all the staff and his paw prints to remember him by. Those small extra details reassured us why Passionate Paws was the right decision for us.

I cannot say enough good things about this vet and groomer. For groomer: the primary reason for our first visit years ago. The facility is clean and well organized, and the staff is second to none! Notably, Amber is the best of the best. We have a rough collie, which is a more unique breed for grooming. Amber has always been extremely knowledgeable, caring, and understanding and remains, after years of service, the best groomer that we have ever had! For vet: after coming for grooming and meeting much of the staff, switching vets was no question. The facility is advertised as a “fear free” facility, and they mean it! After being at their facility for a year as both a grooming and vet patient for our dog tucker they called me and canceled us on the grooming list because they were down groomers and refused to move their grooming schedule around. I have been asked several times to be moved to accommodate them with their schedule and have always said yes. Our dog has a condition that he was born with which he doesn't get around that great so grooming is essential to ensuring he is healthy and clean. The last few appointments they did not keep up on his ear cleaning and it resulted in an ear infection and extra vet cost conveniently also with them. I'll be happy to find another groomer and will certainly be taking him to another vet as well.
