AFC Urgent Care Waxhaw

The fact I’m writing a review for an Urgent Care should be enough! Sooooo….Best urgent care staff I’ve ever experienced. Christina and Ariana = Team Amazing Care! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. They were very thorough, responsive, and professional. Definitely my family’s go to UC when needed.

Normally go to Atrium Urgent care but decided to try this local Waxhaw new urgent care. Quick and easy reservation. Friendly and courteous staff. The clinical staff as well, both listened to my son's needs, gave him a thorough check up . The provider was very knowledgeable and explained everything and were fast with switching up medication due to issue with the pharmacy. Will go here for urgent care needs from here on.

Above and beyond experience at this urgent care!! Was seen very quickly, provider was a great listener sent in prescription quickly. Had to end up changing to a different prescription and the other provider was awesome as well about listening to my concerns and finding a prescription that would help. Everyone from the front desk to the providers were very attentive and kind and called me back when they said they would. Thank you for such a great experience when I was feeling my worst! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a fantastic urgent care experience!

I had a wonderful experience. They listened and worked to get me feeling better! The nurse was great and tested for possible issues and the PA was thorough and talked to me about the treatment options. I think I have found my new Urgent Care close to home.

A little bit of a wait with a walk in (45 minutes) but overall good check-in experience and visit. Got an x-ray for a child and got out pretty quickly. The PA was very good and confident with my injured kiddo. I plan to come back again.
