Ignore the bad reviews, my experience was outstanding. The office staff are very friendly and thorough. The DR was quite informative during the initial consultation, and answered all my questions. He performed a flawless root canal procedure and was very professional and communicative throughout. Again, he addressed all my questions. This office is spotless and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this Endodontist for services!

I had two adjacent molars that needed root canals and post buildup in preparation for crowns. Dr Porsemail performed the procedure on both teeth at the same time in a little more than 2 hours. A week later my regular dentist put on the permanent crowns. She was very pleased with his work and the procedure went smoothly without any problems. Now three weeks later the swelling has disappeared and there is no pain. Overall a great success. If I ever need another root canal I would have him do it. He maintains a clean and sterile office with state of the art equipment.

What a dissapointment my last 2 visits were. During our first consultation, there were a handful of times Dr. Pouresmail was unprofessional and rude. I was cut off several times, and felt inferior to his certain comments. He was rude to my son, and even rudely told me to "sit down sit down sit DOWN" after our consultation. We later proceeded with a different appointment and again, was treated with such dissprespect, disregard, and lack of empathy towards my son getting the procedure. Upon my sons procedure, he quickly informed me "he hasnt done many root canals with children under 13...my son is 10. (Why would you tell me that seconds before the procedure??) Dr. Pouresmail is a commensurate professional whose quality of work an exacting detail in care, speak for themselves. I appreciate his no drama, straight forward approach, without all the needless small talk and patronizing that can come with many other Dr's. His office staff are all incredible professionals and the office is clean, quiet and welcoming. I was refered to this “dentist” for a root canal. I also have an issue with another tooth that I wanted him to look at. I made an appointment for a consult stating all of my needs. Please dont waste your time here. I came in early to fill out the new patient paperwork, which they dont even read in this office. I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My daughter was NOT allowed passed the entrance to sit by me, however every other practice has never even questioned it and allowed her to sit and comfort me. The doctor walked in, and as I was in the middle of explaining my anxiety to him, asking him to please not explain what hell be doing, and I dont want to see the xray i brought with me (it makes me dizzy), he cut me off…pulled up the xray and MADE me look.
