My experience at Johnson family dental was excellent. Stephanie was extremely helpful and patient with me. The dental staff is very friendly and up beat. I feel truly cared for. Normally the whole dental thing is a challenge, from billing to anxiety about treatment, at Johnson family dental they worked really hard to make sure I felt cared for. I have never had such a great experience at a dental office in my life. I've always experienced pain and have dreaded going to the dentist. Dr. Nolan and Rochelle made me feel relaxed and at ease during my first-ever root canal. I was in shock at how minimal the pain was throughout the process. Thanks for the relief! I also enjoy the company of the gals up front. The whole group has been very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

I came in as a new patient for an initial appointment, I even showed up early after completing my initial paperwork online. Staff at the front desk couldn't figure out how to run a credit card for a sur-charge and spent 20+ minutes on the phone with another staff member at a different branch that ended up hanging up on them cause staff couldn't comprehend how to run a credit card?? Due to this I ended up sitting in the lobby for approximately 40 + minutes without a word from the front desk or dentist staff. I wanted to switch my dentistry to be local, but the communication with from the front desk to their clients on the day of my visit was disappointing .... Prior to this scheduled appointment a week prior the Front desk staff, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly, I

Everyone was beyond wonderful. Stephanie went out of her way to even contact my employer and let her know I wouldn’t be at work the day I had my exam and X-rays. I had a medical emergency and had to go to the local hospital emergency room. My exam and X-rays went well. My blood pressure spiked and the dentist told me I needed to go to the ER at our local hospital. Prior to the emergency bet the very kind dental assistant took my X-rays at an amazing pace. I never had anyone so kind and so knowledgeable to get the job done so quickly. The dentist was very kind and patient during the exam and made me feel relaxed and put me at ease. He told me he’s been Xmas dentist for 40 years!! Overall if I could give them my own star rating I’d give them 109 stars. Thank you Johnson Dental for a memorabl

New receptionist Stephanie is rude and does not look at patient info before consulting next appointment. Previous appointment and xrays should have precedded todays appointment and found that a scheduling of extraction was what should have happened instead of appointment to do nothing and tell patient what they already know. only after patient info was looked at did she see patient had already been seen prior and has had the same pain and discomfort. Old staff and dentists, oral hygenist, and oral surgeon where amazing been going for the last 2 years. New staff seems real green and in it for the money as opposed to helping people. The condescending tone and rude behavior needs to stop! Wife will continue in pain because of the lack of follow up from this practice
