After sitting in the office for 30 minutes, they informed me that I had to reschedule because I had not completed the new patient packet, which had not been sent to the number they had on file and claimed they sent it to. For the other child, I was able to complete the packet in the office; however, they informed me that I wouldn't have enough time to complete it today, as it takes 30 minutes. (I arrived at 10:15 for a 10:45 appointment) I have already completed a packet previously and know it takes less than 10 minutes. Customer Service is not a thing here.

Would give zero starts if I could. Started going in Prattville then moved to Montgomery once I moved. The wait time is RIDICULOUS. I waited so long one time, they start turning off the lights (time to go). No one ever said anything to me. I just sat, sat, sat until I finally went up to the receptionist and had to ask did they forget about me. Once I finally got to the back (45 minutes later), I waited another 20 minutes. On top of the wait list, they have no sense of urgency for kids with autism. I had to reach out multiple times regarding referrals. It took about 2 years for them to even refer my son to get tested for autism. When I needed shot records, I had to call MULTIPLE times. Dr Blakeney is the best. She took care of my son and daughter. She’s extremely patient. Had a great experience with her

My 7 year old son went in for a covid test and the nurse was horrific. She didn’t warn him at all that she was about to stick a large swab up his nose so he jerked back and smacked his head on a brick wall and busted his lip open. The nurse rolled her eyes and said she guesses that was enough.

I haven't had any negative experiences here whatsoever. My children are very comfortable with the doctors and nurses. They're always helpful and answer my many questions. Also the decor is quite lovely.
