Parkway Pharmacy

I first started using Parkway for my kids’ hard to find prescriptions; Parkway had the medicines even when all the big chain pharmacies never had them in stock. At Parkway, a pharmacist is alway available to talk (without a wait) when you call. In fact, they proactively reach out and call if there are billing or other issues…they don’t wait for you to unexpectedly encounter the issue. For my out-of-pocket medicines not covered by insurance, Parkway has been WAY CHEAPER than the big chains pharmacies…even after GoodRx coupons are applied. Parkway’s location is a little out of the way from my house, but they are definitely worth making the trip for all my family’s medicine.

Parkway Pharmacy is outstanding. Their pharmacists go above and beyond to help - from securing medications for my mom to delivering the best care with vaccinations. The owner Denis has been exceptionally kind over the years, and recently I’ve had equally superior support from Gina. The whole team is kind, patient, and people-oriented. They are there by phone or in-person and do everything they can to help their customers. I couldn’t recommend this pharmacy or this team more highly! And in addition to all the pharmacy goods, they have a really cute gift section too ~ from holiday-themed items to Philly-themed items for you or a friend.

Best pharmacy in Philly. The staff are great and it’s easy to get a hold of someone. The store part also has a wide selection and all the prices I noticed were better than chain stores.

Switching to Parkway Pharmacy has been the best decision for our family. Every interaction is proactive, professional, kind, and efficient. Phone calls are answered immediately and are handled with care and attention—unlike their neighbor where your wait time is hours, if they even ever answer. We are lucky to have Parkway in our neighborhood and I can’t recommend them enough!

Parkway Pharmacy is an absolute gift to this community, as well as to the healthcare system in general. Unlike the big name chain pharmacies, the folks at Parkway are kind, caring, efficient, and maintain the utmost level of professionalism. They cut right through all the red tape and provide world-class service. They exemplify everything that healthcare should be about. My only complaint is that I did not discover them years ago. I refuse to have my prescriptions filled anywhere else now. Parkway is an absolute gem, and I am beyond grateful for them.
