I was 8 Minuted late. They told me I had already been removed from the system, which means they had to do it at at least 7 minutes. I can’t remember a time when I was ever seen at my appointment time. It seems to be ok for patients to wait how ever long past their time, but if your a few minute late you gotta go? I had my 4 young kids with me, so I wasn’t interested in arguing with them. Is this their policy? What is the grace time? Most offices have one, and I haven’t seen any under 15 minutes. What did the Dr. do with the remaining 39 minutes I was supposed to have? It seems they are scheduling so many veterans that there isn’t a second to make any adjustments? I waited no less than 6 months for this appointment and drove 45 minutes to get there. Traffic was horrendous, which I already c

I just completed my C&P exam with Dr. Brown, and I had an excellent experience. She was professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. Her welcoming demeanor helped ease my anxiety significantly. Dr. Brown took the time to thoroughly review all of my claims, documenting everything meticulously. She used a goniometer for precise measurements of my range of motion. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. I strongly advise against paying any attention to the low-star reviews you might come across! Thank you, Dr. Brown.

The reviews are mixed on this provider, I had my C&P exam there.. and I found the experience to be pleasant for the most part.. Doctor Brown was really nice and talkative, she was attentive to my record.. my only concern is she didn’t ask me about my knee which is well documented as a issue throughout my record but maybe since it is well documented as a issue it was no need to cover it ? I still found my experience to be 4 stars ⭐️ I would go back

I met with NP Kelli Thompson to have my C&P Exam. She was so easy to talk to, understanding, and had all of my records directly in front of her as she performed the exam. Being in the military I often feel like I'm just a number when it comes to exams. I can tell you right now that is not the case with her. She was kind, respectful, and caring when it came to what I had to say. She shared a very powerful personal story with me as to why she does these exams and I can tell you that she's doing them for all the right reasons. I'm so grateful to have met her and would recommend anyone going through a C&P examination to get a referral here. Thank you so much Kelli, you had a big impact on my life and family. If you are a veteran please schedule a different provider. Dr. Ludella Brown has a nasty attitude. She never wanted to hear the reasons I was being seen by her. She was quick to dismiss my concerns, medications and medical notes I was prescribed by my personal doctor who had been treating me for years. She rushed through the process even though it was supposed to take over a hour. I have been treated by lots of medical personnel but she had the worst bedside manner hands down. She is only collecting a check from the VA and does not care about the patient even when you have overwhelming evidence for your case.
