Very nice team here at Parkway Drugs, I definitely recommend switching over if you haven't yet!

Have never had a problem with parkway drugs! I like the way they have our younger generation working for them. I have been with parkway drugs for about 20 plus years! Love the pharmacists always willing to help you out!! And the woman who takes care of the Post Office is very friendly and always willing to help. When you show respect, you get respect!

Parkway drugs in north Utica location are the best. Very caring family

Consistently poor communication. ALWAYS call before you go to get an script and make sure it’s filled. Otherwise a waste of time and energy. They NEVER call to tell me if there is an issue with my Rx’s. So after I commute to get my meds, then I find out there is an issue which will take a few days to resolve, and they have had the script for a few days. Could have called to let me know there was an issue, bring insurance, anything. Nope, just leave me guessing constantly. Pharmacy assistant have trouble listening and reading. I spell my name slowly, they can’t find it. Then someone else comes along and asks same questions, finds it right away. Constantly new faces, lots of turn over. Manager always seems hurried and hassled. Not a pleasant experience. Going elsewhere.
