Dr. Martello and his son Michael just provided me quite literally the best dental experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. Knowledge, expertise and bedside manner were all exceptional. I highly recommend Parkway Dental.

I had my 6 month appointment scheduled. I took the day off work and got there 20 minutes early and checked in with the receptionist. Thirty Five minutes later (15 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment), they called my name and said they were not able to 'squeeze' me in today. Squeeze me in to an appointment I had for last 6 months??? I know things happen, but what about calling me and letting me know that morning. They said the system sent me a text (but that DID NOT happen). Or, how about letting me know when I showed up 20 minutes early. I wanted 24 hours to write the review just in case they called to make it right, they haven't. Don't go there. Lousy front office staff and I miss the hygienist that left with the prior dentist. The new group needs a lot of work.

I was referred to this office by my periodontist to see Dr. Wonder. It wasn’t until I got there that I discovered that Dr. Wonder had retired about a year ago. The hygienist started off by measuring the pockets around my gums. The probing was very painful. She administered some gum numbing gel which did not help at all. I have had the pockets around my gums measured many times and it has never been painful at all. After that she started the cleaning which was also painful. I can’t quite remember her name. It might have been Emery or something like that. Then Dr. Martello came to do his exam. He was very pleasant we went over my X-rays and pictures together. Then there was a referral written up for me but neither of them explained why or that they wanted me to see an endodontist. I was just

I have been seeing Dr M about a year now. I have no complaints with Dr M. I like that he is straightforward and has years of experience. The hygienists are always professional. I had an emergency and went to his office on Friday morning and he immediately saw me and they took care of my issue quickly. Appreciate their concerns and their kindness.

I miss Dr. Wonder. I was never notified that he retired & was sad to see that there was someone new. I went to see the new Dr. Martello for an emergency visit & did not care for him at all. He berated the hygienist who was in TRAINING right in front of me multiple times & I find that very unprofessional. Poor girl. He also never introduced himself to me & I've never met him before. He was very quick with my appointment & didn't fix my issue at all. I do NOT recommend him.
