Parkview Dentistry (Brittany R. Brown, DMD, PLLC)

Dr. Brown at Parkview Dentistry is the best dentist I’ve ever had. After going to a random dentist in Charlotte a few months ago, I’d been dealing with tooth pain ever since. Dr. Brown was incredibly thorough, did multiple tests I’d never even seen before, and really worked to pinpoint the exact source of my pain instead of rushing through the appointment. The difference in care was night and day. She explained everything clearly as she went, walked me through what she was seeing, what each test meant, and the plan to actually fix the problem long term. I felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. The level of attention and communication was on a completely different level than what I’ve experienced in the past. I trust Dr. Brown completely and she is absolutely my forever dentist

Dr. Brown and her staff are excellent. Every visit has gone smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new dentist. Dental Hygienist does a great job.

Dr. Brown was very friendly and Professional. The staff was very efficient,and very friendly as well. My appointment was on time and was very transparent about everything I asked about. The Hygienist was amazing.I really enjoyed our conversation and she did everything she could do to ensure that I was comfortable.. it was a great encounter. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Dr. Brown surpassed my personal requirements. I will recommend her to my friends.

Friendly, personable staff and excellent, high-quality work — I always feel well cared for and never pressured into unnecessary procedures. The only downside is timeliness: during my last visit I waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time before being called back, which can be inconvenient when I need to be back at work. Overall I’d recommend them for their skill and patient-focused approach.

Absolutely amazing service. Dr. Brown was great with my husband! One of the best for your dental needs that I have experienced!!! The staff is very nice compassionate and helpful!
