My wife and I delivered our sweet baby girl at Parkview 2 weeks ago and honestly had a really great experience. What really made it the greatest experience was the wonderful nurse we were blessed with in postpartum. Nurse Hailey was truly the best nurse we could’ve gotten. She was extremely friendly, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made my wife feel very at peace during our time with her and was so good with our daughter. We truly left feeling like we made a good friend due to her fantastic service. Thank you Hailey! We appreciate you!

Don’t go to this hospitals ER. They are completely incompetent. I went in 4 weeks after my c-section due to fever of 103.1, severe shivering and chills for hours and then intense period of sweating for hours. Urgent care sent me to the ER to rule out an infection. They did Covid and flu test for the first 3 hours and then they did a urine test and didn’t bother to check my c-section incision or do a blood test. They couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with me as flu and covid came negative. I had a slight dry cough due all the overnight sweating and they just focused on that. They only gave me antibiotics after I insisted but couldn’t even tell me if the meds they gave were safe for breastfeeding. The PA Alice Kramer is incompetent and clueless. I just want to thank all the nurses in labor and delivery for helping and being so so helpful and dedicated with everything that I needed. I was there for 2 weeks because of my early pregnancy my water broke too soon but everyone is so kinds and helpful that I couldn’t be more happier to be there they took care of me not only like a patient as a family too. I honestly want to thank all of them for the great job and support so thankful… 🙏🏻✨🤍🫶🏻

On Tuesday my daughter went to the emergency room complaining about not being able to breathe well. One of her tonsils was swelling. Parkview said that they couldn't help because they didn't have a nose and throat ear specialist This meant that they didn't have the tools to help her. For God's sakes. This is an emergency room. My daughter left and then the next day the breathing got bad again. She went to Riverside community where they immediately helped her and wondered why the emergency room at AT PARKVIEW ONLY GAVE HER A CPAC. THEY DID NOT HELP HER WITH CORRECT MEDICATION OR TREATMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I'M GOING TO CONTACT THERE ADMINISTRATION THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. HER INSURANCE SPENT WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH MONEY THERE AND IT WAS A TOTAL WASTE AND MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE DIED.

I gave birth to my second child at this hospital, and overall, the experience was quite positive. Most of the doctors and nurses were very good, although there was one nurse who seemed a bit indifferent. The postpartum recovery room was slightly cold, but other than that, I was quite satisfied with everything. The most memorable part of my experience was meeting a particularly nice nurse named Lindzey during labor. She often chatted with me cheerfully to help me relax, and when she learned that my husband wouldn't make it in time for the birth, she reassured me by saying, "It's okay, I'll be right here with you during the birth.
