Excellent service at Parkside Chemists. I found a sore throat gargle, and the woman at the counter noticed it was expiring next month. She gave it to me at no cost and refused my offer to tip her, simply asking for a review. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness.

Amazing service in every way! Always calls me when my prescriptions are due for a refill and always has them delivered to me (such a nice delivery guy as well) The team meets all of my accommodations and needs and answers any question I need answers to. Parkside Chemists are thee absolute best! I can only speak to the experience of communication and delivery. Their customer service is 10/10– they are competent, efficient, prompt and personable. I was extremely tardy in responding to their request for a prescription that I needed. They continuously followed up and when I did eventually speak with them, they were ready and wiling to assist. The mailed my package, sent a tracking link, texted me when the item left their pharmacy and texted me once the item arrived. I APPRECIATE this level of care and professionalism! Everything was seamless and smooth. 10/10. Cheers!

The best pharmacy out there! Communication, service, speed 10/10. This is a hidden gem in all of New York! They deliver right to your door as soon as possible and call you have they have any issues processing the medications. They try to offer alternatives to get covered by your insurance. i really liked working with them! A lot of other independent own pharmacies don’t carry the scripts that I need for my maintenance medication but today Javier (i think that’s what he said his name was) helped me on the phone and made sure i got what i needed. it’s very hard for me to wait 45 minutes at the pharmacy every month to get what i need so thankfully they deliver and it’s no nonsense like capsule. i will be switching over all my prescriptions to them soon! thank you guys!
