Parkland Medical Center

I received excellent care while at Parkland. The staff was caring and very professional. I want to thank my day nurse Belma (I believe this is the correct spelling of her name. I forgot to write it down). She made me feel very safe and comfortable. She was absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

We had the best experience last night! My little guy had a fever that was pretty high and while in the waiting room we were greeted by the sweetest security guard who talked about Dino’s with my boy. Heather who took his vitals when we 1st got there was absolutely amazing! She gave my boy stickers and a teddy while checking his weight. She was so excited to hear that he also loved Dino’s like her! While waiting she gave him a squishy Dino and made my boy so happy! Once we headed to our room our nurse Chantel was amazing! She made my boy feel comfortable and she was so sweet to him! She talked him through taking the medicine to make him feel better! My boy saw her little dumpster fire on her little lanyard and he said he wants one when he becomes a doctor and she told him to he can do anyth

Everybody was great from start to finish. I was the last patient in the surgical unit to be discharged that day. The last 2 nurses were very patient with me while I was trying to go to the bathroom. I could not go to the bathroom for 2 1/2 hours after the surgery. They were great. I received a phone call the following day asking how I was and everything was fine.

The staff is wonderful especially Emily. She is so caring and listens to my concerns and provides solutions for any issues. From the time I walk in for my appointment I am greeted with welcoming smiles and friendly faces. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about my recovery.

Exceptional, truly unheard-of service at Parkland Medical Center. From the moment I arrived, my experience at Parkland was outstanding. There is convenient parking right in front of the entrance, which immediately made things easier especially with a child. I was greeted by Heather at the front desk, and I can honestly say she is the kindest, most compassionate receptionist I have ever encountered at any medical facility. She was incredibly welcoming, took the time to acknowledge every concern I had, and made my daughter feel comfortable and safe from the very beginning. Her warmth and empathy truly set the tone for the entire visit. Shortly after, Brandon, the RN, greeted us and was just as attentive and professional. He ensured we were seen promptly and made sure we felt supported throu
