Appointments mean nothing here. They schedule multiple people for the same time and then see patients first-come, first-served, turning it into a competition just to be seen. Extremely disrespectful of people’s time. The doctors are careless, slow, and spend too much time sitting in their office while patients wait. Terrible service, terrible care, and no regard for patient well-being. I do not recommend this office.

They do not have enough parking for the number of people sent here. As I waited new people driving in got spots before me on 3 occasions. In the rear parking spaces it says Carver1 and Carver2. Locked. So we returned to front where I waited. I don't like this. Disabled people don't need places where there is no parking access.

I took my daughter to the clinic to see the doctor. We were supposed to be the last people to see the doctor this is what they told us.They all went to lunch not saying we will not see you black people before we take our lunch I'm so annoyed. No communication what so ever.

They need to fire all the rude staff members at this location and hire people who actually deserve these positions. The Financial Coordinator, Eddie, is one of the rudest individuals I’ve encountered. He speaks to customers as if they owe him money and is especially rude to people who do not speak English well. He was also disrespectful to others waiting in line or trying to get a number.

The people from the Pharmacy are RUDE it seems like they all hate their job. They make it seem like they are doing the patients a favor. If they don’t like their job they shouldn’t be there. They throw the medicines like they don’t know how to hand them to you. They need time kind of training in having a better attitude.
